What situation was your business in when you came to Get Ahead VA?  Our business was overstretched with too much to do and not enough time to do it.  We were frustrated!  

What problems were you experiencing?  Admin duties such as adding events onto our online system weren’t being completed in the timely and consistent manner they needed to be.  Our product quality was at risk of being compromised.

What might have happened if you hadn’t taken any action?  Our clients would have been frustrated that events and other information weren’t being uploaded onto our website as quickly as they should be, and our customers wouldn’t have been getting the up to date information that they expected.  We wouldn’t have been able to deliver on our customer and client expectations which in the longer term would have become a serious threat to our business.

How did Get Ahead VA help solve the problem for you?   Get Ahead VA provided a dedicated admin resource every month, up to a set amount of hours.  This resource could be used as and when we wanted it and was delivered remotely.  We were hugely impressed with the flexibility of service meaning we could use and pay for exactly what we needed – nothing more, and nothing less.  

Why did you choose a VA and not a part time member of staff?   We didn’t feel we could justify the cost to take on a permanent part time member of staff, or guarantee space in our office for them without moving to bigger premises.  The fact that Get Ahead VA worked remotely was a great benefit.

What has this meant to you and your business?   It has been a huge relief and weight off our minds to know that all the admin required is being done and in such a timely and efficient manner.  We are now able to provide the consistent, high quality service that we, our clients and our customers expect.
