What situation was your business in when you came to Get Ahead VA?

It was about 6 months since I had started my business.  I had completed the basics of getting a logo designed and a website up and running.  Procedures were in place but I wasn’t sure how to grow my client base and that’s why I turned to Get Ahead VA for their assistance in guiding me on how to move forward. 

What problems were you experiencing?

I had lots of ideas but none of the expertise to put them into action.  I would look at other courier companies and get inspiration for how I wanted to look and sound different.  I knew what I wanted to say but I didn’t feel able to convey that message in the professional and persuasive way I needed.  

What might have happened if you hadn’t taken any action?

We wouldn’t be where we are now!  The business would probably still be at base 1, thinking about how to move forwards to the next level.
